We promise that we will never give or sell your details to anyone and we will only use customer data for legitimate business purposes.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam)

We capture information about you by direct means only (e.g. when you order online, or contact us by submitting an  enquiry). When you order or submit enquiries to Coconut Water Direct Ltd you are agreeing to the use of your personal information for the following purposes:

  • to fulfill our agreement with you, including administering any accounts, processing and obtaining payment.
  • to inform you (by mail, telephone, e-mail) about our products and services which we consider may be of interest to you.
  • for fraud prevention and detection.
  • for the administration of any competitions you may enter.

In order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive on Distance Selling, our Terms & Conditions must be agreed to before your order can be processed. These terms and conditions for the sale of goods govern any contract for sale that we jointly enter into and tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms & Conditions do not affect these.  Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

By placing your order you are offering to buy goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other sub-contractors). We will not use your details for  purposes other than those stated in our Privacy Statement (above) without asking your consent and you may request that your details are removed from our system by writing to us.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made.  Your  cheque/postal order/credit card will be cleared prior to sending your order.  This will usually be within 7 days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery.  You do not own the goods until we have received payment in full.  All prices and offers are subject to change and availability.  Errors and omissions excepted.  (Subject to not selling below our cost price).

Coconut Water Direct Ltd accepts payment by credit card via Paypal.  Cheques and Postal Orders can be posted to us; made payable to "COCONUT WATER DIRECT LTD". Please print off your order form and send this with payment. Please allow at least  7 working days from receipt for cheque clearance.

You will receive confirmation of your order by email. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct.  If there are any mistakes, please contact us immediately.  This email is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order. An invoice is sent to the purchaser's address together with the "CERTIFIED ORGANIC" Coconut Water.  In the unlikely event of us not being able to fulfill your order or part there of, (due to having sold out), or there being an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfill we will immediately refund payment by the same method by which the payment was made.
